The mobile ATC simulator, built by pilots.

Vectrr is the mobile ATC simulator built by an airline pilot, using real-world procedures, authentic phraseology, and ICAO-standard separation rules. Out now on iOS and Android. Precise enough for training. Demanding enough to matter.

Core features

Realistic ATC. Procedures, navigation, flight dynamics.

Phosphor radar scope

Authentic phosphor-green PPI display with range rings, sweep arm, and aircraft triangle symbols, just as seen in the app. No toy aesthetics.

Beta

Voice control

Pilots read back every clearance aloud in ICAO-standard phraseology; spoken readbacks ship as standard. Issue your instructions by voice too (beta). Fully offline and on-device; your mic audio never leaves the phone.

SWA490 B737

Real data blocks

Callsign, aircraft type, cleared level, assigned heading, speed, and destination, structured like operational ATC displays.

ICAO separation

Longitudinal, lateral, and vertical separation minima enforced per ICAO Doc 4444 PANS-ATM. No invented rules. No shortcuts.

Real traffic flows

STARs, SIDs, holdings, and vectoring sequences modelled on real procedural design. Traffic that behaves like the real thing.

Vectrr AI

A live sector

Work the aircraft that are actually inbound to your airport right now, in today's real weather, then get an AI debrief of the session you just flew. Optional, and never required to play.

Two ways to fly it

Not a game, but you'll want to keep playing.

Vectrr is a true-to-life ATC simulator, not an arcade game. That's why it works on both fronts: pick it up for the sheer enjoyment of running a busy sector, or use it as realistic training that mirrors real-world procedures.

For the fun of it

Play it like the most demanding game you own

Vectrr isn't a game, but it's genuinely fun to play. Vector the rush-hour push, keep the metal apart, and feel the satisfaction of a clean, busy sector. No scores, no power-ups; the challenge itself is the reward.

For the craft

Train on procedures that match the real world

Because every clearance, separation minimum, and phraseology call follows ICAO Doc 4444, Vectrr doubles as realistic ATC familiarisation for aviation enthusiasts, cadet pilots, and students: a credible supplement to formal training.

The sector, as it is right now.

vectrr AI seeds your sector with the aircraft actually inbound to your airport at this moment (real callsigns, types, levels and squawks) and flies today's real weather, with the airport's live observation read out on the ATIS and the runway in use following the real wind. When you hand the position back, an AI review debriefs the run you just flew. It also opens every extra airport, Dubai (OMDB) and Stockholm Arlanda (ESSA) so far, and includes vectrr Pro while it's active. Try it free for 3 days; the free game never needs it.

Why it's different

Why Vectrr isn't like any other ATC app.

Vectrr is the mobile air traffic control (ATC) simulator built on the standards that matter. Every procedure, every clearance, every separation call follows ICAO Doc 4444 PANS-ATM because it was designed by someone who flies under ATC control every day.

Unlike every other ATC app on the market, Vectrr treats the controller's job with the seriousness it deserves. There are no power-ups, no cartoon aircraft, no invented rules. There is a radar scope, real traffic, and the same pressure that real controllers manage every hour of every day.

Whether you're an aviation enthusiast who wants to understand what happens above your head, a pilot who wants to think like a controller, or a training institution looking for a credible supplementary tool, Vectrr was built with you in mind.

“The first mobile simulator I would recommend to a student. The procedures are correct. That matters enormously.”

Release notes

What's new on the scope.

Every Vectrr release, logged. Here's the latest; follow along as new airports, approaches, and features land.

v1.5Vectrr 1.5: Stockholm ArlandaLatest

August 2026
Stockholm Arlanda (ESSA) joins the sim as the newest airport (Vectrr AI): three runways with an approach off all six ends, the four arrival gates ELTOK, VACRA, XILAN and NILUG, and an SAS-led Nordic traffic mix, with every procedure transcribed from the published Swedish AIP charts
Dubai gains its second parallel (Vectrr AI): 12R and 30R now have their own ILS approaches and arrival structure, so you can work either side of the field
Missed approaches are flown as published: a go-around climbs to the charted altitude, turns the way the plate protects, waits for the height the turn may begin at, and honours the point it may not begin before
The altitude you issue on an arrival now sticks, so you can stop a descent short and hold it; re-clear the arrival to hand the descent back to the procedure
Tower gives them back: an aircraft sent around for a blocked runway or an unstable approach returns to your frequency and checks in on the radio, instead of flying its missed approach out of contact
Lower floors where the chart publishes them: a minimum-vectoring pocket drawn inside a larger sector now applies, so arrivals descend into it as the chart allows
Approach plates size themselves to be read and scroll as one page, which fixes charts that came up unreadable on a phone in landscape
The waypoints layer now shows everything the field publishes, navaids and approach points included, while the routes layer stays the arrival structure for the runway in use
Fairer approach intercepts, several airline callsigns that now read back and recognise correctly, and a long list of terrain, charting and descent fixes across every field in the app
